Shipping and Returns Policy for Dojammers
Last updated: July 2026. This policy describes how Dojammers fulfills orders, ships products, and handles returns, replacements, and warranty claims for purchases completed through our inquire-to-order workflow on dojammers.com. Please read it before requesting a quote or paying an invoice.
How Ordering Works
Dojammers operates a static, inquiry-based catalog. You may browse products, review specifications, and add items to an on-site cart for your reference. The cart does not process live checkout or payment on the website. To place an order, contact us at dojammerservice@outlook.com with the products you want, destination country, and any special requirements. We will reply with availability, a formal quote or invoice, shipping options, and payment instructions. Payment processing applies when you accept the invoice and pay by the methods we specify. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by Dojammers.
Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, we typically process orders within one to three (1–3) business days. Processing includes verifying your shipping address, preparing the shipment, quality inspection where applicable, and handing the package to the carrier. Processing may take longer during holidays, supplier transitions, or for made-to-order or high-power models. We will notify you if a delay is expected.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
We ship via reputable international couriers or postal partners depending on destination, product type, battery regulations, and value. When your parcel ships, we email tracking information if the carrier provides it. Tracking may activate within twenty-four to forty-eight hours after label creation. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and local contact phone number. Redirecting parcels after dispatch may incur extra fees.
Estimated Delivery Time
For many destinations, estimated transit time after dispatch is up to ten (10) days, excluding our processing window. Express services may be available on request and quoted separately. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and depend on carrier performance, weather, customs clearance, and remote location surcharges. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact dojammerservice@outlook.com and we will assist with a carrier inquiry.
Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions
International buyers are responsible for import permits, customs duties, value-added tax, brokerage fees, and compliance with local laws governing radio equipment. Customs inspection can delay delivery beyond the usual estimate. Some countries prohibit or restrict import of jamming or blocking devices; Dojammers is not responsible for seizure or refusal by customs authorities if you order items unlawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying import legality before payment.
Inspection on Delivery
When you receive your package, inspect the outer box and contents promptly. Note visible damage on the carrier receipt where possible and photograph the packaging and product. Report transit damage within seven days of delivery so we can open a carrier claim and advise on replacement or repair options.
Refund Policy — Fifteen (15) Days
If you are dissatisfied with an unused product in resalable condition, you may request a refund within fifteen (15) days of confirmed delivery. Contact dojammerservice@outlook.com with your invoice number, reason for return, and photos if relevant. Approved refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is generally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Replacement Policy — Thirty (30) Days
If a product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described on your invoice, you may request a replacement within thirty (30) days of delivery. We may require troubleshooting steps, serial numbers, and photographic evidence. When a defect is confirmed, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. For approved defect replacements, Dojammers pays return shipping using a method we authorize. Unauthorized return shipments may not be reimbursed.
One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Many products sold by Dojammers include a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, unless a different period is stated on your invoice or product page. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect voltage, water damage, normal wear, or failure caused by external interference or regulatory shutdown orders. Warranty service requires proof of purchase. We may repair, replace, or refund defective units after inspection. Warranty claims after thirty days may still qualify for repair but may not include free return shipping unless required by law.
Return Process
All returns and warranty shipments require prior authorization. Email dojammerservice@outlook.com before sending anything back. We will provide a return merchandise authorization reference, packing instructions, and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed. Pack items securely with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging when possible. You are responsible for proper packaging; damage in transit due to inadequate packing may reduce your refund.
Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
Custom-configured units, special-order high-power systems, opened software licenses if applicable, and items clearly marked non-returnable on the invoice cannot be returned except for defects covered by warranty. If you refuse delivery or fail to collect a parcel, shipping charges and restocking fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, contact the carrier and Dojammers promptly. We will help file a claim where carrier rules allow. Resolution depends on carrier investigation results and insurance coverage.
